Through a MASTER CLASS in Paris, the students of the LYCÉE JEAN DROUANT School of Hospitality, have been able to sense in person the passion of the Iberian Ham, learning the art of cutting, step by step, by the hand of our teacher cutter, as well as discover the benefits of Iberian Ham, together with ASICI professionals, in addition to enjoying a sensory tasting, by technicians from the world of research (SIPA).
