Through a virtual and interactive MASTER CLASS, we brought the Iberian Ham Passion closer to the students of the Lycee Jean Drouant and Billiard Hospitality Schools, and the Guillaume School. Students have been able to learn the art of cutting, step by step, from the hand of our master cutter.
In addition, this masterclass has included a technical talk, a creative plating course, a sensory tasting, and a practice session. All this, to convey the values that make Iberian Ham a unique product in the world.
